Our mission is to support Italian tech-founders by offering them a unique opportunity to showcase their innovative ventures, attract potential investors, and foster strategic partnerships with leading Swiss and International companies.
We want to introduce Italian Tech Startups to the expertise of the local ecosystem and the network of Italian business community, to accelerate through the Swiss market.
2025 EDITION
PROGRAM
ELIGIBILITY
- Must have been incorporated within the last five years.
- Must be based in Italy or in Switzerland with at least one Italian founder.
- Should demonstrate high growth and innovation potential in its sector.
- Should not be a subsidiary of an already established company.
- Your product/service Technology Readiness Level (TRL) is no less than 4 for projects in the health sector (pharma & biotech or medtech), and no less than 6 for all other sectors
If eligible to apply
The Startup admitted to the selection process will be categorized into the following preliminary three verticals:
- ICT & Fintech
- Advanced Engineering
- Health Tech
EVALUATION CRITERIA
- Technology/Product: Evaluate the product's technical excellence and market differentiation.
- Innovation: Evaluate the idea's novelty and disruptiveness in the market.
- Business Model and Strategy: Evaluate the startup's revenue strategy and its clear Go-to-Market plan.
- Market: Evaluate the target market's size and the startup's fit and growth potential within it.
- Traction: Evaluate signs of customer growth and the establishment of strategic partnerships.
- Sustainability: Evaluate the long-term impact strategy and alignment with specific Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Intellectual Property (IP): Evaluate the strength and protection of the startup's intellectual property.
- Team: Evaluate the management/founding team as well as the overall team's combined skills, experience and drive.
- Financials: Evaluate the financial health and growth projections.
- Gut Feeling: Evaluate your overall impression of the startup's potential success.
WHAT DO THE FINALIST STARTUPS GET?
A jury of experts will select up to 10 startups for the Final Event at the Geneva Campus Biotech on November 24. They will get:
- Coaching support to better present themselves to the audience and final jury;
- Pitching in front of an esteemed jury of industry’s experts and investors at the Final Event in Geneva on November 24, 2026 to win the following prizes:
– Jury’s Prize
– Allianz Prize
– Audience Prize
– Fongit Prize
- Networking with relevant Swiss and international companies and partner organizations belonging to their industry vertical – foreseeing further collaborations.
WHAT DO THE FINALIST STARTUPS GET?
A jury of experts will select up to 10 startups for the Final Event at the Geneva Campus Biotech on November 24. They will get:

SOURCING AND APPLICATION PROCESS
Startup sourcing will be carried out under the responsibility of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland, in collaboration with Italian Regions, incubators, and accelerator programs. Want to join the competition? You have until June 30, 2026!
